Set up email notifications for new withdrawals
Want to know immediately when a customer submits a withdrawal? With merchant notifications, you'll automatically receive an email for every incoming withdrawal. Available on all plans – including the Free plan.
By default, merchant notifications are disabled. To make sure you don't miss any withdrawals, enable them right after installation – or regularly check incoming withdrawals in the dashboard.
What you'll see in the email
As soon as a withdrawal arrives, Revoq sends you an email with the key information:
- Customer name (if provided)
- Order number and email address
- Unique withdrawal reference
- Time of receipt
- A withdrawal reason (if provided)
For verified orders, the affected items are also shown directly in the email.
Enabling notifications
- In your Revoq admin, go to Settings → Email Settings.
- Enable the Email notifications toggle.
- In the field below, enter the email address that should receive the notifications.
- Click Save.

withdrawals@yourshop.com that multiple people on your team can access. That way notifications stay reachable during vacations – instead of being stuck in a personal mailbox.Sender of the notification
The email comes from the following address:
<confirmation@consumer-withdrawal.eu>If the email doesn't arrive, check this sender in your spam/junk folder. Adding confirmation@consumer-withdrawal.eu as a safe sender in your mail filter rules often helps.
What to do if emails don't arrive
Three common causes, check in this order:
- Spam/junk folder of the recipient mailbox
- Mail server filter rules (Outlook quarantine, Google Workspace compliance rules, etc.) – emails from new senders are sometimes moved to hidden folders without landing in the normal spam folder
- Typos in the configured email address
If the email still doesn't arrive: drop us a quick message, we can check with our email provider whether delivery was successful.
